CLE Attendance & Verification Policy

CLE Attendance & Verification Policy

KeaneAdvisors.AI Continuing Legal Education

Effective Date: March 1, 2026

This policy describes how attendance and participation are verified for KeaneAdvisors.AI Continuing Legal Education programs.

It explains how participation and completion of Continuing Legal Education (CLE) courses delivered through the KeaneAdvisors.AI learning platform are tracked, verified, and documented for purposes of awarding CLE credit.

The procedures described below are designed to comply with the participation verification expectations commonly required by CLE accrediting authorities for online and self-study educational programs.

1. Course Participation Requirements

To be eligible for CLE credit, participants must:

  • Register for the course through the KeaneAdvisors.AI CLE platform
  • Access course materials through their individual user account
  • Progress through all required course modules
  • Complete any required knowledge checks or participation confirmations
  • Reach the designated course completion status within the learning platform

CLE credit is awarded only after the system verifies completion of all required course components.

2. Online Attendance Verification

Attendance and participation in online courses are verified through the learning platform using multiple methods, which may include:

  • account authentication and login tracking
  • module completion tracking
  • time-in-course monitoring knowledge check questions or quiz responses
  • activity completion confirmations

These verification mechanisms help ensure that course participants personally engage with the course materials.

3. Course Completion

A course is considered complete only when the learning platform confirms that the participant has:

  • accessed all required course content
  • completed required activities or knowledge checks
  • reached the platform’s defined completion threshold

Partial participation or incomplete progress does not qualify for CLE credit.

4. Certificates of Completion

Upon successful completion of a course, participants may receive a certificate of completion that includes:

  • participant name
  • course title
  • date of completion
  • CLE credit hours earned
  • course provider information

Participants should retain certificates of completion for their professional records.

5. CLE Credit Reporting

For programs approved by CLE regulatory authorities, KeaneAdvisors.AI may report attendance or completion information as required by applicable regulations.

Information reported may include:

  • participant name
  • jurisdiction of licensure
  • course completion confirmation
  • date of completion
  • credit hours earned

Reporting procedures may vary by jurisdiction and accreditation requirements.

6. Attendance Records

The learning platform maintains records of course participation, including:

  • login records
  • progress tracking
  • completion timestamps
  • knowledge check results

These records may be retained to support compliance with CLE regulatory requirements and may be provided to accrediting authorities if requested during a compliance review or audit.

CLE sponsors are typically required to maintain participation records and submit attendance reporting within defined timeframes following program completion.

7. Participant Responsibility

Participants are responsible for:

  • completing the full course content
  • accurately providing identifying information for CLE reporting
  • retaining their certificate of completion where required by their jurisdiction

Participants should verify their own CLE reporting requirements with their applicable bar authority.

8. Course Integrity

To maintain the integrity of CLE credit, KeaneAdvisors.AI reserves the right to withhold or revoke CLE credit if:

  • course participation cannot be verified
  • required completion criteria are not satisfied
  • platform activity indicates the course was not personally completed by the registered participant

9. Policy Updates

This Attendance and Verification Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in CLE regulatory requirements or course delivery methods.

Updated policies will be posted on the KeaneAdvisors.AI CLE platform.
